PACKAGING WITH LOVE

All orders are packed with love, each item is wrapped in 100% recycled tissue paper and enclosed with our GF wax seal and sent in custom GF Storage Bags to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.We send all orders in our 100% biodegradable poly bags which can be recycled and used as compost.

AU SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer free Australian Standard Shipping on all orders placed on gracefranc.com!!For most AU orders, delivery is guaranteed within 5-7 business days, and slightly longer for rural areas.

We dispatch within 2 business days for all shipping options and 1 day for Express.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping locations include, NZ, USA, UK, EU, CN, SGFor International Orders there is a flat rate fee of $30.00 AUD & $15.00 AUD for New Zealand.

GRACE FRANC are not responsible for any unanticipated delays caused by destination customs clearance processes nor for any additional custom or tax fees.

SHIPPING COSTS

Orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

SHIPPING TIMES

Local orders take 5-7 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2 business days (excluding Express shipping).International orders take 7-10 business days to be delivered via DHL and we ship within same 2 business days.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?Australia Post online tools can be used to track your parcel. We encourage customers to track parcels.GRACE FRANC are not responsible for fault of delivery by Australia Post or DHL.Please let us know, however we are not able to refund in these circumstances. All parcels shipped within Australia with Australia Post and overseas with DHL are dispatched from our warehouse with signature required upon delivery. If you select safe drop with Australia Post or signature release with DHL please ensure there is a safe location at your address for the postal service to leave your parcel unattended.

*GRACE FRANCis not able to offer any compensation if a parcel has not been received after the postal services have delivered to your address. Please contact our expert team for assistance, we're here to help you and make sure your goodies get to you safe and sound.

INTERNATIONAL TAX COST

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy. Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods: The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods.

The customs value is made up of the price paid for the goods the insurance cost the shipping cost

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy!We hope you will love your GRACE FRANC order, but if you’d like to return it for any reason it can be returned for exchange or refund, please check out our Return conditions below...

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged, tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase and shipped back within the 14 days since received.

For returns, please email contact@gracefranc.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

GRACE FRANC will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

*Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items (please reuse your original satchel)When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.*

There are a few types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products back that are of an intimate nature. Such as underwear and or any items with tags removed or any items that are damaged.

CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE/COLOUR/EMBROIDERY ON MY ORDER?When your order arrives our busy team are working hard to get your items out to you ASAP. If your order has been completed/shipped it is unfortunately not possible for us to make revisions.

HOW LONG DOES EMBROIDERY TAKE?

At GRACE FRANC we personalise orders in house and therefore have a quick turn around. Please allow two to three business days from the date of purchase for personalised orders to be dispatched.

CAN I RECIVE A REFUND MY EMBROIDERY ORDER?

No, unfortunately all bespoke orders are Non Refundable!
